Over re­cent years we have gained sub­stan­tial ex­pe­ri­ence in prac­ti­cal ap­pli­ca­tion of the en­vi­ron­men­tal and re­lat­ed laws, i.e. the law on waste, con­struc­tion law (con­struc­tion and op­er­a­tion of en­vi­ron­men­tal sys­tems and plants), as well as in­vest­ment pro­cess­es, i.e. the ex­tent to which planned in­vest­ments may sig­nif­i­cant­ly af­fect the en­vi­ron­ment.
