KSP Law Firm pro­vides com­pre­hen­sive le­gal ser­vices in the field of pub­lic pro­cure­ment law. We pro­vide ad­vice most­ly to en­trepreneurs par­tic­i­pat­ing in ten­der pro­ceed­ings, but we are also ex­pe­ri­enced in draw­ing up terms of ref­er­ence. In particular, we provide advice at the stage of procedures leading to award of contracts in the mining and heavy industry as well as in the area of municipal services.
