Advisory services to employers (PIT/Social Insurance burdens - (ZUS))

We provide services in the area of tax consequences of hiring staff, personal income tax, social and health insurance and in matters relating to residence and work permits for foreigners. We assist clients in creation and development of remuneration systems and employee benefits as well as bonus and commission schemes. 

Our services include:

• consultancy in creation of employee remuneration structures (including managers and members of supervisory boards) as well as optimisation of tax burdens of foreigners working in Poland;

• representing clients in administrative proceedings before the Social Insurance Institution and tax authorities (fiscal authorities and chambers, the Ministry of Finance);

• preparation of applications to Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) for written interpretation of the scope and manner of application of the social insurance regulations;

• providing advice on immigration procedures - residence and work permits;

• consultancy in the field of international transfers in the context of social and health insurance law;

• coordination of international transfers in the context of social and health insurance law;

• preparation of long-term incentive schemes for employees;

• consultation in the area of in-kind and social benefits;

• training and workshops in the area of tax and employment law.
