• advises on CIT, prepares requests for tax interpretation of tax provisions, and participates in tax audits aimed to identify tax risks and optimisation possibilities,


• experienced in transfer pricing projects in transactions between related entities, e.g. in preparing tax documentation and benchmarking analyses,

• a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Opole, where he defended his MA thesis on the refund of excess excise tax paid in connection with the sale of electricity,
