Adam Książek

He specializes in matters related to the reporting of tax schemes (MDR) and VAT, in particular:

• project related to use of the Mandatory Disclosure Rules (MDR),


• prepares applications for tax rulings, draft opinions on taxes, draft contracts and other documents,

• ongoing projects regarding VAT, including assistance in the field of taxation of international goods and services transactions,

• a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice; his master thesis concerned complaints against activities of local government authorities.


• a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Economics in Katowice; his diploma thesis was focused on institutional environments of international enterprises,


• a trainee attorney-at-law in Katowice Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law,


• an NBA and volleyball fan.
