Legal and investment consultancy at the stage of selling real property in Katowice to a leading Polish developer and representing the seller in proceedings before the Fiscal Inspection Authority of the Province Administrative Court (WSA) and the Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) to verify the accuracy of the price for CIT purposes
In the course of the court proceedings, the Supreme Court made a decision about the form of legal actions necessary to satisfy the creditor from shares in a limited liability company as part of acquisition of the object of registered pledged.

KSP provides assistance to an American journalist
KSP represented an American family in proceedings for acknowledgment of estate acquisition and acquisition by usucaption. The story is described in a book entitled “The Pages In Between”
