KSP provided advice on construction of a railway station in Sopot

KSP Team provided comprehensive consultancy services in the course of implementation of the project of “Development of the Sopot Railway Station premises and adjacent area in cooperation with a private partner”, which includes preparation and administration of the private partner selection procedure. The scope of the consulting services included participation in negotiations with project owners and preparation of draft contracts for construction of the project as well as any types of agreements and commitments of the project participants.

Investment consultancy for Green House projects and construction of the Cosmopolitan building in Warsaw.

KSP represented a client (a construction company with German capital) in conclusion of subcontracts between the Company and global leaders in implementation of the task of Green House construction in Warsaw and for implementation of a construction project of the Cosmopolitan building in Warsaw at 2/4 Twarda Street.

KSP provides advice on an international transaction of sale of an interactive agency

KSP advised on the Polish part of an international transaction to a leading London-based interactive agency. The company, dealing in preparation of campaigns consisting in a change of an image of some global brands, merged with an agency which created award-winning interactive solutions for some key brands all over the world. As a result of the acquisition, the agency gained nearly 1,500 staff members employed in 26 branches in North America, Europe, the Near East, Africa and Asia.

KSP wins before the Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) - a breakthrough judgment on application of regulations on licenses for construction works and services

Tomasz Srokosz, a KSP Partner, with his team, represented a Client of the Law Firm before the Supreme Administrative Court of Warsaw, which shared their arguments and vacated a judgment issued by the Province Administrative Court of Krakow. Our professionals represented the Client in proceedings pertaining to application of provisions of the act on construction works and services license against the Town Commune of Krakow.  On 22 June 2012, the Supreme Administrative Court of Warsaw (NSA) issued a breakthrough judgment regarding the use of provisions of the Act of 9 January 2009 on concession for construction works or services (Act on Concessions), clearly differentiating it from the Public Procurement Law of 29 January 2004 and emphasising the autonomous nature of the judgments while on the other hand limited scope of court cognition delineated by Article 27 (2) of the Act on Concessions
