Legal and economic (including tax) consultancy in preparation of a public and private partnership agreement as part of a project of extension of the hospital - Szpital Wincentego A Paulo Sp. z o.o., co-funded from the EU funds under JESSICA initiative, as part of the Regional Operational Programme for the Pomerania Province for 2007-2013, Action 3.3. “Urban Development Infrastructure - Non-Grant Support” under the Priority Axis III “Municipal and Metropolitan Functions.”

KSP provided the consultancy services in respect of VAT refund to the minimum value of PLN 300 thousand. The services involved in particular assessment of the VAT accounting model relating to acquisition of real property by the Company from third parties for the purpose of construction of a large commercial project in Inowrocław so as to avoid the risk of the refund of VAT included in the real property price being contested by the authorities.
KSP provided the services of legal consultancy in preparation of the public procurement procedure conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Law of 29 January 2004 in the form of an unlimited tender for collection and management of municipal waste generated by owners of residential and non-residential property located in the Commune of Siemianowice Śląskie.
KSP provides tax law consultancy in an investment project planned by Tarnowskie Góry Commune. The project consists of construction of sanitary and storm water sewer and municipal waste water treatment plant in Tarnowskie Góry, and the related need to re-build the network, as well as optimal settlements between the parties. The first stage of the project was co-financed from the EU Cohesion Fund.
For our client, a chain of dermatology clinics, we provided advice on the project of “Innovative method and device for skin lesion check and tumor diagnosis” as part of the In-Tech Path of the Innotech Programme implemented by the National Centre for Research and Development based in Warsaw. The service included analysis of the project-related documents, preparation and negotiation of contracts laying down the terms and conditions of project development, including provisions of the consortium agreement and consortium cooperation agreement, as well as agreements and other documents governing cooperation with the Centre
