KSP provides advice during construction of a Water Park in Katowice
We have provided legal advice in the course of proceedings for conclusion of a PPP contract intended to set up a capital company by the public and private partners for implementation of the project of a Water Park in Katowice The overall area of the investment land owned by the Town is: 90,777.0 m2. The Town intends to provide additional funds for the project in the amount of 55 million, allocated to this purpose in the budget.

KSP provides advice during innovative automotive projects
KSP provided regulatory advisory services to an international automotive company. As part of the services, KSP provided advice in the project entitled “Development of an innovative composite body model for an electric power steering” co-financed from the funds of the National Centre for Research and Development based in Warsaw. We have analysed project-related documents, prepared and negotiated contracts laying down the terms and conditions of project development, including provisions of the consortium agreement and the agreement for technology use, division and transfer of intellectual property.

Construction of dormitories at the campus of the Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznan - consulting under the PPP formula
KSP provided legal advice for the project of selection of a private partner for a project of design, construction, management and maintenance of a set of dormitories within the Morasko Campus in Poznan, announced by the Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznan. KSP Team prepared complete documentation, carried out technical dialogue and conducted competitive dialogue.

KSP advises on purchase of shares of a power sector business
The KSP Team prepared due diligence of three power sector companies based in Opole. The due diligence was carried out in respect of prospective transaction of purchase of shares in three companies. The project was supervised by Mr Tomasz Srokosz, KSP Partner.
