KSP provides advice in the course of takeover of storm water, sanitary and waste water sewer infrastructure from Siemianowice Śląskie by a private operator, and develops a model of concession-based outsourcing of the water supply and sewage disposal management.

KSP experts developed a concept of an operating model optimal in terms of organisation and legal aspects, advised on acquisition of a storm and waste water sewer from Siemianowice Śląskie Commune with an increase of the client’s share capital, as well as on selection of the water supply and sewage disposal network operator. They also prepared a draft contract with the operator for network management and collective water supply and sewage disposal within the area of Siemianowice Śląskie.
