Legal and tax services to a capital group based on foreign private equity and loans from the banking sector as well as investment funds at all stages of implementation of the projects undertaken by the group.

KSP actively participated in the investment project in such fields as establishing the capital group structure, due diligence of prospective real property before its acquisition, ongoing services of the special purpose vehicles dedicated to accomplish each of the projects, optimise the tax burdens, modelling optimal solutions intended to consolidate real property and change the ownership structure, optimise settlements among the project owners, plan solutions intended to exit the project, etc.
