Com­pa­nies law is a dis­ci­pline in which our busi­ness lawyers have had mul­ti­ple years of ex­pe­ri­ence. We sup­port our clients in busi­ness com­bi­na­tions, di­vi­sions and trans­for­ma­tions as part of re­struc­tur­ing pro­cess­es of cap­i­tal groups or hold­ings. We car­ry out due dili­gence of com­pa­nies and as­sist in post-­clos­ing in­te­gra­tion. 

We are experienced in developing, implementing, and negotiating ownership change transaction structures optimal for our clients (transfers of shares, undertakings, organized parts of undertaking or single assets). We also provide advice on selection of funding for business projects. Together with the Tax Consulting Department we provide advice on how to develop tax-optimal solutions for domestic and international business ventures.
